Tour Isn’t Playing?

Location Services – Make sure Location Services are enabled for the app in your device settings.
Correct Tour & Direction – Double-check that you’ve downloaded the correct tour for the direction you’re traveling. Many of our tours are direction-specific.
GPS Catching Up? – If you’re in slow traffic or just starting out, the next chapter may not trigger until you’ve moved a little farther down the road.

Tour Played, Then Stopped?

Our tours use GPS to trigger audio at specific locations.

Ensure you’re using the correct version of the tour (based on your travel direction).
Music plays between chapters to keep things lively—but if you reach a long stretch of road without a chapter trigger, you might hit some “dead air” until your GPS catches up with the next chapter point. This can happen if you drive slower than expected.

Bluetooth Troubles?

Bluetooth issues are usually device-to-vehicle connection problems and not directly caused by the app.

Try connecting via USB or AUX cable.
Disconnect and reconnect your Bluetooth device.
If your other audio apps work, ours should too!

Note: At this time, our app is not compatible with Android Auto or Apple Car Play. We’re working on it (it’s a long story…). For now, connect directly via Bluetooth for best results.
